Say it's not so! I recently heard that this may be the LAST year for Trimpers Amusement park at the inlet in Ocean City Md. Story is that the insurance that has to be paid ($30 million) is not making it profitable any longer for this staple of Ocean city to continue operations. That would be a shame if this amusement park closes after this year. Does someone know if this is true - or is it just a BIG UGLY RUMOR!

Yes, sadly it's true...I heard the mayor and stuff were trying to find loopholes and many people were offering to donate money but I don't think that will help...it'll be sad to see it go if this cannot be resolved
