I need one more example in Othello where a character in despair commits an extreme act. The examples I already have are:

1. After having killed Desdemona, Othello commits suicide.

2. Realizing that his plan has been found out, Iago kills Emilia to make a get-away.

After realizing Roderigo would not Desdemona's hand, he and Iago begin shouting vehemently at Brabantio's window.
After Othello chooses Cassio, Iago begins his evil plot
After realizing her husband used her for his malicious ends, Emilia opens up and this leads to her death.
Correction on your no.1. After realizing Desdemona was innocent and he was done in by Iago, Othello commits suicide. He dies not because he has killed Desdemona but because of guilt at having been so idiotic to see the schemes of trusted Iago.
