try entering her name on google.com. You can also search for her on whitepages.com or anywho.com and get phone, address and email from there- if she is listed. I have also found someone's email through their high school's website, then look at the alumni listings (if you know where she went to school) - it's worth a try, too.

finding her email is probably harder than finder her.
go to Classmates.com. Use the their search function. If their name doesn't come up there. Then use the search below that. Even though I didn't pay for the service I was able to find an old boy friend that way... Just by finding out where the most likely names with ages were living. I had no clue he would be in Long Beach CA! And the first phone call connected us.
If you know their name or who she might be married to, then try the MSN white pages. I've found several of my dad's WWII buddies that way.
