Fourteen is a hard age. But you could do work for the neighbors from baby sitting, to washing & waxing & vacuuming their car, to washing the windows and cleaning the screens, to scrubbing down the shower, all kinds of housework. You could pull weeds from gardens and cut the lawn. You could rake the yard of leaves and other debris. You could walk the dog or clean the pool (not that hard).

And you could go through the grocery ads and find coupons to use, both of which save a lot of money. Pre-meal planning saves money as well as energy.

Just your helping around your own home, cleaning and making meals will take some of the pressure off the adult/s. Some times those little things that cost nothing take the stress level down for the adults.

mow yards and stuff, put out fliers throughout your neighborhood, that says you'll do their lawn, or wash their cars, or babysit, or watch pets when they go out of town.
