A clay bar like Mother's or Meguiar's make...follow the instructions that come with it and rewax when done. Paul

try and wet sand the paint take 2500 or 3000 grit sandpaper and a lot of water and lightly sand the overspray off be careful to keep the surface wet or will do a lot of damage to the clear coat. if properly done it will come off and then buff the paint with wax and will wook better than factory!!!

a soft buffing compound should do the trick, as long as the overspray is thin and not actual splatters : )
