What is your question doing in higher education?

I really don't get the point of this... and no, I think that animosity between the sexes has a range of complex triggers. There is not always the possibility of a child being born between a man and a woman, anyhoo. (Eg a male child and his grandmother, a female traffic warden and an infertile yet illegally parked man, a loving couple using reliable contraception.)

There is no 'biggest cause'. It's subjective if there is even any animosity let alone what is the cause. From a female's prospective, I would say that ongoing male domination of females causes a great deal of angst between the sexes.

Sorry, I have never noticed any animosity from men just because I'm a woman. For many other things, but not my sexuality.

Have you even considered the option that some couples actually want children together?
