How do I get Team Galactic to Move??

On the way to the peak of Mt. Coronet, there is a Galactic blocking the entrance and when you talk to him he says

"I'm honestly lost,
Please don't pay attention to the lowly grunt without any pokemon"

How do I get this guy to move so I can go to the peak?

You're going through the wrong entrance. You need to go through the Hearthome entrance. Before going make sure you have max repels, revives, hyper potions and a machop who knows rock climb, streangth and rock smash.
