im using FTPEditor 3.3 to edit my website (www.adultsextoyssite.com) and ive filled in the host name and stuff but now it has asked me for the 'remote DIR' and the 'local DIR' what are they and how do i find out what they are, as you can tell im a complete novice at this so heeeellp meee\!!

The local dir is simply the folder on your computer where you are keeping the files you want to upload.

The remote dir is the folder you want to put them into on the server. This varies depending on how your server is set up - you'll need to refer to the documentation from your hosting provider - but it may be something like 'htdocs'.
