25, anything less seems like "robbing the cradle" and the culture gap may be too wide to broach

Legally, she's gotta be over 18 or he could be considered a Pedophile!

Other than that, anything goes these days!

Of course, if he "does" get some one really young, like 18 - 22, some one may accuse him of "robbing the cradle", and may not let him around thier children! LOL!

My opinion has always been to marry some one who is at least 5 years or less, one way or another from your age, that way, you "both" have something in common with each other! If you marry too old, or too young, you may "rub cultures" and not have anything in common and after the "sex", there may not be anything that you two can talk about! Then, the marriage sours and divorce is an option they both long for...

Of course, this also depends on the day and age that they marry too. Back in the 30s - 50s, they married for security and a home. They didnt care if some one was 15 or so years one way or the other and it was perfectly OK with the neighbors.

Now days, there is a "stigma" if you marry too old or too young, because divorce is so prevelant that anyone can get it with the drop of a hat. Marriage means nothing to most folks now days.

I wish you well...

Jesse

There is no age, as a girl should not be marrying a 30 year-old man.

Well she should be at least legal age of 18.
30 really isn't that old any more. a 30 year old and an 18 year old can still have a lot in common. Except getting into the bar ... hahahah.

I met my husband right before he turned 30. I had just turned 22. We get along splendidly and have a lot in common. Every once in awhile I will toss in the fact he was driving when I was learning to multiply...or some silly fact like that! In my opinion age does not matter...more common interests and the maturity of the two!

I think as long as you are legally old enough it doesn't matter as long as you know what you are taking on. I was 22 when I got with my boyfriend who is 11 years older than me. There are a lot of differences between us because he just has more life experience than me and more of a history, you know with other people, but we also have a lot in common we like the same things, he makes me laugh, things like that. Every relationship has it's own little problems, age is only an issue if you let it be.
