Ok I'm sitting here trying to figure out if any one of them came out ahead in this bargain. I suppose it would do Ethel some good to have someone else play her bongos. And perhaps Lucy might enjoy seeing what a true bald head should look like. But I'm thinking Ricky or Fred one had to have lost a bet to have agreed to doing this. **shakes head and just laughs at the thought**

No. I think that Lucy was too spacey to even think of such a thing.
Maybe Ricky would've gotten some ideas, but I think he would have considered himself out of Ethel's league. I think he liked his women pretty and clueless.

somehow, I don't think Ricky wanted Ethel. She did complain a lot & he prob. thought thats where Lucy got it from. Besides, can u honestly see Fred & Lucy? He was such a grump!
