all component and wiring tests show the system is good and no faults can be found.What can the problem be

The ABS is a sensitive device, once activated the light will stay on. It may require you to change the whole system. It is still safe to drive. you could also try using dianostic equipment to reset it.

Take the bulb out, how often are you likely to use ABS anyway....I drove for years before it was even invented....makes you a more careful driver you know as you have to take account of road conditions and not race around like a looney, as I'm sure YOU don't, but many do....

you could try to change the fluid as i had the same problem with one of my cars if the fluid is slightly damp this would cause the light to stay on hope it works for you
