i juz wana know the reason why the school can't use p2p or bitcomet (noting thing file transfer). any did way to to use p2p or bit comet in school .

School proxies usually block p2p networks (Torrents included). They block them out because they are a waste of the schools internet resources, and they are usually used for illegal purposes. And if you wanted to use such programs in school, chances are that you're out of luck. Most administrators are very alert when it comes to these kinds of things.

Your school blocks these kinds of sites for two reasons.

To avoid lawsuits.

So you will pay attention in school.
