p2p or bit comet can't use in school?

i juz wana know the reason why the school can't use p2p or bitcomet (noting thing file transfer). any did way to to use p2p or bit comet in school .

And if you wanted to use such programs in school, chances are that you're out of luck. Most administrators are very alert when it comes to these kinds of things.
