cigarettes are not only made from tobacco and paper. The additives the manufacturers add to the mixture are insane. Formaldehyde, nicotine, ammonia, just to name a few. These are deadly substances. Look at someone who has emphysema or any type of cancer, or the fellow with the tracheotomy signing "You Don't Always Die From Tobacco". Horrid things happen to your body from smoking cigarettes. If you smoke, stop now, if you haven't started, don't bother!

Thousands of toxic and carcinogenic chemicals including nicotine, carbon monoxide, cyanide, formaldehyde, sulphuric acid...Some poisons kill you instantly. Cigarettes kill you slowly. Over time they will destroy your lungs.

If your health doesn't matter to you then that's one thing, but smoking also endangers the health of those around you through second-hand smoke.

What isn't it that isn't toxic? Addictive, carcinogenic, bad for the lungs, give you wrinkles, turn your teeth brown, make your breath and clothing and home smell bad, and waste lots of money.

Can you think of anything good about cigarettes?

A two-fold answer here.

1. The chemicals sprayed on the plants, insecticides etc.
2. The chemicals sprayed on the product to keep it "fresh" as well as make them burn faster whereby the product needing to be replaced faster.
