is it really bad how does it work does it come back threefold?

Magic is all about intention - if your intention is to harm then harm will come back to you - if your intention is to help or heal then that will also return to you. It's the law of Karma - you will receive what you send out.

Magic just exists. It is how the Mind can force change on the universe. So, the color of magic is all a matter of symbolism and intent.

Black magic is normally when a mage casts hexes, curses, or any kind of spell that would be considered an attack on a person, place or thing.

Now, according to the Wiccan beliefs, what you send out comes back threefold, however, that is a belief of Wicca, and is not necessarily accepted or acknowledged by practitioners of other traditions.

And most serious practitioners agree that magic has no color, and therefore cannot be black or white.

For those who believe (and I am one) magic is magic. It is using the natural energy/forces around us all the time to help create a preferential situation.
What people call black magic, is using this energy with the intent to harm someone or thing.
When you use magic, you are using or working with energy as I said, when you send out that energy, as in a spell, you are taking an action. For every action there is a reaction. This is where the threefold law comes in. Though that is a Wiccan "law", I still do believe that what you do comes back to you. The important thing is the INTENT you are focusing on. If you are working with or constantly focused on negative energy, then your life will be filled with negativity. If you work with or focus on positive energy, your life will be filled with that positive energy.
Those are my thoughts/beliefs.

magic doesn'tcome in a packageand labelled with all sort of fruit flavored skittles names. Magic is magic, it's like a shovel when you are dgging or a rope when you are climbing. A person uses magic to accoplish the task. That's it, there i not fluffy white magic, there is no evil black magic. No red magic not bluemgic. Those are all made up by people who think if they say they are skilled with a gren belt it gives them power over you much like tae kwon do.

you can use magic for negitive things, but you can alsuse it for postiv things. That's it. should it come back on you we call it consequence. The tree fold law is taught to teach people about being resposible for their acions.

black magic does not exsist, it is negative magic or harmful magic. yes it does work just like any other magic. yes it does come back but in most cases the person 's heart is so negative to begin with any negative energy that comes back just doesn't get noticed.
