Yes its for real. There are other brands also, Comfort flex, Tarkett and the newest Mannington. It was developed in Europe. It is a lot like a laminate floor without the click clack sound. The best looking is from Mannington. For all you remove the 1/4 round cut just short of the wall about 1/8". Put in new or replace the1/4 round and enjoy. If you need to seam, use a special glue under the seam area.

Yes, we installed it in our new home. Bathrooms and kitchen. I think it is great! Easy installation, and it hasn't shown any ware or loss of shine ( we've had it 2 years). We purchased it at Menards. The installation is easy also because it doesn't crease. We tried to crease a small leftover piece , even hitting it with a hammer and it didn't show any marks. I would recommend it to anyone.

yes we used it in one of our rental property's It's the best thing sense sliced bread
