It is a good thing if they love you the same way
I think when we really love someone with all the love
in our heart, we do love them more than ourselves.
But loving someone who doesn't return the love can be very painful. Hope that's not happening to you .

If you love someone more than yourself and your Love is not responded there may be even a dangerous dependency but if your Love is being responded, I think it just doesn´t matter codependency or not, just join it and live every day as this may not take for ever.

I would think the most important love of you have should be to yourself only then if there is true self love can you give to others

Love someone more than yourself, NO!
thats unhealthy and you must consider the idea, what if something happens yo the love one, you can't do anything.
OOne should always love themselves more, in which they respect their own decisions of what is right and wrong.

I don't think this is possible. We can't give what we don't have. Codependency is not love. We are actually being very selfish. We want something in return for our being "nice".
Truly loving others requires us to love ourselves. Learning to love ourselves is always the first step to finding love in life.

no and yes...its not a good thing...unless you are talking about your underage children..there is no reason you should love an adult more than you do yourself you are opening yourself up to them to let them use and abuse you..
