Item numbers are for Newegg.com (Alot of people previously posted that Intel Core 2 are better processes than AMD, but without an explanation. I've always owned AMD, is there truely a reason to make the switch? Or is it just personal prefernce?

If your happy with AMD, go for it.

Today's computers are so fast, it won't really make a big difference, except for cost.
