Sorry .. what is it you can't keep and still you claim you love .. be clear in your own mind... think it over in cool moments .. and it may save you hurting yourself.. in the long run.. O.K. ?? .. remember .. LOVE .. means unconditional .. without expectations .. without questions... so somewhere you seems to confused with your own feelings.. nothing else.. if it is your love .. better you take it this way or that way .. today you can't take it and tomorrow you may miss it .. what is your choice.. ??

you don't babe, you pick yourself up from where hes dropped you-- Again! and say out load, "lam worth more than that". Drop him and get a best friend,learn to love yourself and stop taking this abuse- physical or mental. its all bad. Move on. He will be gutted, but you will have your self respect back.Good luck .

you need to sit down and first talk to that person about what is going on and how you feel. find out how they are feeling and try to figure out a way to make things better. if this person really doesn't want to open up right away let them know that you love them but you two really need to talk out your problems.

I'd suggest you re-phrase it to make sense to others, and perhaps give us a hint as to exactly WHAT it is you can't take any more.
