The card you've mentioned is an AGP Card which is intented for a Desktop PC and cannot be installed into a LAPTOP.
Laptops usually come with its Graphics chip built-in on their Mainboards and hence can't be replaced.

Well, It depends what OS (Operating System) you have. If it is:
Windows Vista, It should work.
Windows XP, Probably it will work.
Windows 2000, Rare chance.
Windows 98, VARY Rare chance.
Windows 95, NEVER
MS-DOS computer, NOOOOOOOOOO WAY

It also must be compadible. Try to look on the side or bottom of the BOX to see SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS.

That card is for a desktop. There is no way you can upgrade that crappy integrated graphics in your laptop. Just sell it then buy one w/ a Geforce Go 7xxx series videocard onboard.
