it somewhat is the place we use the Transposing approach: 15-3x = 12 at the start We Take 15 faraway from the two sides so as that the x and its coefficient are on one edge, and the whole numbers on the different. 15 - 3x - 15 = 12 - 15 -3x = -3 Now we divide the two sides by 3 to do away with the coefficient of x, which hence is a three. -3x = -3 -3x / 3 = -3 / 3 -1x = -a million -x = -a million Now via fact there are negatives on the two sides they do away with one yet another. hence: -x = -a million x = a million SO: 15-3x = 12 x = a million :). digital mail me or upload me on Yahoo Messenger in case you desire anymore help.

this will become very simple for that but you have to remeber of some formula:::
in first i have solve it so see...........
15 - 3x = 12,
we have to take X" a side,,,
15 =12 +3x.
now 15 - 12 = 3x
3 = 3x
so 3/3 =x,
not (3-3) ok
3/3 is eaul to 1
so x = 1 not a 0ok
only x = 1
i have work to now i can teach you

15-3x=12 => 15-15-3x=12-15 => -3x=-3 => (-3x)/3 = (-3)/3 => x=1
