I am on my second cup of coffee and today is the first of my twelve day vacation.

Question for the day to both sides of the aisle:

What will be the major talking point in politics this week? Not yahoo answers ‘politics’ I mean in our political system here in the USA. What will Bush do to upset the left? What will th Pelosi lead Congress do to inflame our President? What will the rouge Middle Eastern countries spew this week?

As I said…. Good morning and let the fight commence!

Mornin' yourself! Your vacation will be filled with the joyous news that Fred Thompson will be running.......(I hope). Bush will wake up today--that is enough to pi$$ off the left. Pelosi will take that action as an impeachable offense, and launch a full scale congressional investigation on why Bush thinks he has the authority to 'wake up'.

Mock-mooed will not be spewing anything this week as the Ayatollah has instructed him to make a video of "American Woman" in an attempt to keep Pelosi out (she scares them too). I hear he does a great impression of Lennie Kravitz!

Have a lovely vacation!

G'mornin' Dog Lover! From the dog grooming shop (My wife and I own), have another cup of joe, sit back and enjoy the respite. I/we don't do vacations, only when a hurricane blows through and knocks the power out...
My guess, is that the news media and the democrats are going to make an even bigger stink about Bush's refusal to sign a military budget with no strings attached. While he has made it quite clear, the opposition has seen fit to try and push the envelope. It will be more of the childish "He said, She said" routine.

Dude.. I am sure the left will accuse Bush of unleashing his now famed weather machine on the Midwest to cause more deaths.

Pelosi will plan yet more trips to holds with terrorists.

Good morning to you too dude. You just made my day. Enjoy your vacation. Try taking up surfing.

Good morning back at you!

Sorry, my crystal ball is broken so I'm not predicting the future today..but if the past week is a predictor of the coming week, it will be all across the board!

PS--Enjoy vacation. I'm jealous...today is my LAST day of a 13 day one----and it was great!

I'm with Earnest on this one. It is pretty obvious (As in the days before Iraq) that the people are being prepped for some sort of strike against Iran. The headlines seem painfully scripted these days, more than usual, that is.

Oh! And enjoy that vacation. I think I'll go make my own pot of coffee, since you mentioned it. :)

I'm in the same crowd who only recently ever saw the words 'moonbats and wingnuts' .

My guess is more news about how Iran is helping the terrorists in Iraq. . .. . prepping the people for a soon to be Summer Bash In Iran , or as the younger genration would call it. . . .. IRANAPOLOOZA !!

There will be a lot of meaningless drama unleashed by the candidates, and the war will continue with no real end in sight.
