It is often said that we usually become attracted to people who have similar features to our first love/crush, i'm not saying this is true..... what do you think? is there any truth in that for you?
For me i think there is some truth in it somewhere simply because, my first love was dark and handsome... my partner now also has dark hair and eyes, and is really handsome... so maybe there is some truth huh?

No not in the least, my first love was a blond haired blue eyed 7 year old while we were in the same class at junior school, my hubby is tall, dark and handsome and has the most beautiful dark brown eyes.

I've been married twice and neither had the least bit in common. Not in physical attributes, attitude or general outlook on life. Both did have good hearts tho which is what I'm most attracted to.

The only simularity, I think, is that they both have a good heart. Now I might be more mature to accept that this is also important in a lover.

You know i´ve heard that too but honestly im really not sure because there are lots of guys that i do notice myself being attracted to and that remind me of my first love sometimes...but then there are also guys that look completely different and that i still think are really good-looking...so im not really sure....im sorry i cant be of much help on this one. :)

I have never dated another person with his physical characteristics, even though they are my ideal.
He died, and I have since avoided anyone matching his look.
My husband is nothing like him.
I often wonder what life would have been like if I had not acted as I did about it.
