Today our MD has provided increment, but I've been given very poor.?

I want to send him a sms to his cell phone. Please revise & correct my idea so that my sms will be effective. My sms is as below:

"Sir,
I have been employed at Meghna for over 4 years. During that time peroid I have not received a satisfactory increment. I had anticipated correction of this matter by emails received from you. Today I have learned that you evaluated my activities in a manner to deny my anticipation. I would greatly appreciate if you would reconsider my evaluation."

Take it as a hint that the MD does not consider you valuable. Better ask him what you can do to get better increments. Also start searching other jobs.
