Lifting weights and stoppign cannot stunt your growth, and can stop building muscle, but it cannot stunt growth. Your height is in your genetics and can only be altered by certain chemicals or hormones. Mostlikely you are in a rut where your body is not growing, but it will grow again soon enough. Also your brother may just be growing, he might be taller than you or you might be taller than him in the end, It's all part of your genetics. Keep your hopes up because you might soon start to grow.
