hmmm, summer jobs? cut yards. get your dad to lone or buy you a pressure washer and wash things. wash and detail cars. talk with you parents and tell them you want to start some kind of buisness this summer. i bet they might be thrilled to help you out and it will be a good lesson for you. good luck!

Lifeguarding courses are extremely easy to pass. I took the course and passed it with flying colors (I'm no extraordinary swimmer, mind you). There was a girl in my class who was very, well, big. VERY big. She is now lifeguarding at a local YMCA and basically didn't even "pass" the class.
Give it a go, it is not hard at all!

contact your local NRCS, they plant tree's every May and are always looking for helpers. They also have others summer jobs that are outside. I started a few years ago, and now I help them each May, but let the younger helpers do the J_J_A months.
