In star wars episode 3 what would have happened if yoda went after anakin and sent obi wan after sidious?

Obi Wan wasn't as powerful as Yoda, so only Yoda had a real chance at beating Sidious. Obi Wan and Anakin were close, they had a brotherly relationship, and perhaps that's what they were hoping could help stop Anakin. Also, the council did not agree that Anakin should have been trained in the first place (Episode I), so Yoda probably figured that it was Obi Wan's responsibility to clean up the mess he had made in Anakin.
But yes, if Yoda had gone after Anakin, he most likely would have been killed instead of just being seriously maimed and becoming Vader. And Obi Wan would have died too, at the hands of Sidious. That would have ruined the whole saga.

Obi Wan Kenobi would have become greather than Anakin in bringing the Clone Wars to an end.

And Yoda would brought the young Anakin back to the lightside and balance would have been restored to The Force is a peaceful way.

Then Anakin would have been promoted to Jedi Master somehow, but he still would have needed to complete the Trials as he had not yet completed them. (View Star Wars Clones Vol 1)

Lets hope Lucasfilm will release Star Wars Clone Wars 3D to Cartoon Network.com and ToonamiJetstream.com.

BTW lets hope Naruto becomes a bigger hit in America than Marvel Comics's Spider-Man.

Naruto does not get very much mainstream attention as Marvel and DC Comics.

Kenobi would have been killed by sidious, and yoda would have killed anakin. Yoda still would not have been able to kill sidiouse however, so sidous would still rule as emperor but kenobi wouldn't have been around to help Luke in episode 4.
What they should have done is both Yoda and Kenobi go after first sidious then anakin, together they could have defeated sidious, and easily defeated anakin.

Well, Sidious would've kicked Obi-Wan's ***, for one, and Yoda may have killed Anakin. Although, Anakin had become mighty powerful, so, who knows? But Obi-Wan would definitely not been able to defeat Sidious.
