What is she drinking? Is she teething? Check her mouth for sores. Is her milk to hot or too cold?
You could just need to find a different nipple for her bottle. Different nipples have different flow amounts so check that too. If the milk is coming out too fast she may not be able to swallow it, too slow she may have to suck to hard. At 3 months a medium flow should work.
At 3 months old she needs to be on a feeding schedule like 3-4 oz every 3 hrs. Consult your Dr. This baby needs to eat, nag your Dr. ask your mom or a neighbor with kids for help.

There are a lot of questions that you need to ask yourself first before a diagnosis can be made. There a lot of reasons that babies won't drink a bottle. It could be the bottle itself. Try some juice in the bottle she drinks her milk from. If she takes it than it isn't the bottle. Now move on to the milk. HAve you changed it recently? If so go back to what she had before. If not than consider a different formula. If she spits it up a lot you can try soy milk or goats milk which is a bit more expensive but worth it if your baby needs it. If your baby wakes and seems to be hungry you may want to start her on cereal. She is almost four months now and you could help fill her little tummy with solids and that way she won't need the bottle so much.

try changing her bottles/nipples and formula.

oh if you dont warm the bottle, try that.
I just put the bottle in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.

If you do warm the bottle, make sure it's not too warm....It might be too hot for her.

good luck

How much they eat changes over time. I understand why you are worried. Stay in touch with the doctor. As long as she is gaining weight it is okay. Are you feeding her cerea? Good luuck
