Sometimes you can get a trunk to open if it's jammed by pushing down real hard on the lid while trying to turn the key or operating the remote trunk opener...if the opener is the type where you pull a lever, try to remove the lever assembly and manually pull on the cable with a pair of needlenose pliers.
Otherwise, you'll have to remove the back seat cushion and seat back to gain access to the inside of the trunk to work the latch open from the inside. The seat cushion should have two bolts or clips on the front lower edges holding it in and once removed the seat back should have two bolts or clips at the bottom corners to remove it.
Once opened, you'll have to readjust the latch or figure out why it jammed.
A dealer, service station or bodyshop will probably charge by how long it takes them to get it open and any parts that need replacing usually starting with an hour labor which depends on your area and what they charge by the hour....body shop will have the cheapest rate.
Good luck, Paul

in case you think of the 2000 Corolla is undesirable, you will desire to confirm the 2009 and 2010 fashions! They steer terrible from the cheapened digital steerage which they cheapened up. The sprint is sturdy junk plastic, the arm rests are all yet non-existent, the sprint clock is below the sprint the place the cigarette lighter would desire to be, and the front end is warped down so far in length that the returned end seems greater than the front--which probable additionally ruins the steerage stability. Toyota has so thoroughly cheapened all of its automobiles that, have self assurance it or no longer, many American automobiles at the instant are extra beneficial. The Camry's actually do no longer shift top--because of fact they have cheapened the transmissions to off shift to shop gas--on the rate of your using delight. The brake pedals reason injuries via out of control accelerations and the brakes do no longer end it while they do. The automobiles from 2002 up are being recalled for risky below-physique rust. I even have an 11 three hundred and sixty 5 days old Camry (1999) and it is 10 situations the vehicle on the instant's Camry's are. evaluate all of this alongside with the actuality that Toyota without delay drops fashions as speedy as you may replace your underclothes...making your style valueless in commerce. Toyota...Made in Japan. Junk.

On a 2007 Corolla model, you can't just remove the bolts because the latches hold the seat backs tight. I finally figured out how to reach behind the seat to release the latch. Here's a 60 second video: http://youtu.be/VXKhksv-v5k
