I shoplifted 15yrs ago have been crime-free since no conviction/felonys will that show up on a employment background check.

No it will not as it is considered a minor matter in law ~~

probably not - unless you did some jail term or were sue civil court and that two may not be of current record. One way to find out... This country is turning in to Big Brother of 1984 - I pity the next generation

yes you need to go to the court and file a motion of expungement, this will set aside the conviction.

Probably not. Check with that jurisdiction to see if it is still on your record, but I doubt it will be.

was it a felony?..if not it prob wont show up...if it was a felony you bet it will
