Ina word NO.
laptop keyboards wire directly to the motherboard, NOT via anu PS2 or USB device.
You can however buy compact laptop-ish keyboards from many suppliers.
And to the person suggesting a KVM switch, go look at one first, you can use an EXT keyb to run a laptop that way, but not a laptop one to control other stuff.

In essence the answer is NO, but there are compact keyboards sround that will provide a similar look and are more suited to your needs.

Not really - but........

you could use your laptop with Netmeeting or RealVNC or Remote Desktop to remotely manage your desktop that way your desk top would not need a keyboard or screen as you would be using the laptop's.

The apps I have mentioned are the free options you could also use a bought application like PC Anywhere.

Whatever option you use you also need a an Ethernet cross over cable so you can network directly between the two systems.

Hope this helps.

No. Not the way you're thinking.

That said, you can share ONE keyboard, mouse and monitor with TWO or more PCs with a USB KVN switch.

Google for it.
