Question

as child abuse is one of the most digusting crimes, why are most of them leading lives of luxary in prison or been let out to roam the streets.

is it because most of them are white and this is a part of their way of life, so to lock them up would mean that most of the population would be in prision.

if that is not the reason then what is????

why can someone go to jail for not paying their council tax but be set free for abusing a child?

Our justice system doesn't fully recognise the victim in the case of sexual abuse.
Sex crimes are treated as less serious than fraud which goes to show you the priority given to one crime over another.
Paedophiles are for the most part, untreatable and won't benefit long term from any kind of rehabilitation and so they are often let out with no means of coping with what is essentially, a sickness, an addiction.
They are released, on the sex offenders register and are supposed to be monitored but the monitoring is so profoundly flawed that it is little wonder that they are able to go on offending without detection.
When they are finally caught, it is already too late, another young, innocent life has been destroyed.
I can say destroyed because I was sexually abused by my father from aged 5-12 and I'm still getting over it.
The rights of the offender will always be paramount to those of the victim.
It sounds like a cliche but it is the child/victim of sex crimes who ultimately serves the life sentence.
Paedophiles are depraved.
Perhaps if they commit tax fraud while molesting and raping a child, they will be more likely to get a more fitting punishment, although the tax fraud will of course take precedent.

Firstly not all peadophiles are white and it is very unfair to state this without having all the facts.

I believe that due to the current lack of prison spaces in this day and age, the courts are forced to give softer sentencing for most offences and rather than impose a custodial sentence are forced to electronically tag offenders with strict curfew conditions. Thus saving costs of keeping people in the prison and saving spaces for violent criminals. We can all thank the government for the current state of affairs.

In relation to the council tax issue, this again is because we are have to pay council tax and in order to ensure this money is paid by all, they make examples of non payers to ensure that the general public pay their taxes.

I think you should learn a little more about the subject before posting a question like this. I can't discuss the British legal system here, but it's a bit more complex than that.
Not to mention the roots of abusive behaviour, which start in the abuser's mind.
Locking them up doesn't seem to do much, I think castration is a good start (take away the impulse, take away the problem) but they should also be put in a psychiatric facility and forced to face the reality of who they are and what they've done.

Firstly, most of the population wouldn't be locked up as not everyone who is white is a pedophile.

Also, these judges might be diddling children on the side and think nothing of it.

What i find irratating is that if a black person shoots another black person it is black on black gun crime. Yet pedophilia is, admittedly, mostly carried out by white males and it isn't called white crime.
How comes the amount of black on black gun crime is the same as white pedophiles, yet it hasn't been reclassified as that?
It pisses me off to think i could be strolling home, get shot by a black person, and become another black on black gun crime stastic (even though i am not black).

They don't get softer sentences because they're white--they get softer sentences because too many blacks are over crowding the prisons for rapes, murders, robberies, etc., and there's no room left for the whites.
