They should not be your partner. Your child should come first!!!! If your partner can not love your kids as he loves you he is not worthy of your love you should not even be thinking of this a h o l e that does not deserve your love.

do i have o really tell you?
i mean the question is just a mess i do not know if you are the adult or the child but if i knew that there would not be a partner because i can not be comfortable having a partner that does like like my kid. then you will also have to look into some things because if they are going to be together and take each other serious in any kind of way then things will definitely have to change. kids can also be overprotective, and not want their mommies to have a friend if it is not their daddies you know? if the kids live at home then its a problem

You really need a new partner. If this one hates your kids, what kind of relationship would that be. I would tell this one to get lost. There are a lot of people out there that love you and your kids too.

well...what are the kids like...?
:-)
Seriously, if doesn't like the lil' 'uns, then he ain't the man for you.
It shouldn't even have to be a choice, like everyone has already said: it's a package deal. If he knows he can't accept your kids (let's face it, it's not always easy to take on a new family) he should have the decency to back off the scene. It's an all or nothing deal. You might not think it now, but sooner or later it will become an issue...

I wouldn't have a partner who hated my kids in the first place. What kind of a question is that? How can you even think about being with someone who hates those who are closest to you?

He would not be my partner. the relationship would never have gotten that far. Kids come first. You are the adult and that is not acceptable under any circumstances. Placing a relationship with a man over a mother's love can't be done.

Find a new partner. Unless, of course, my children were totally obnoxious brats whom everyone despised being around. Then I'd be working on the kids.

Hi Sweety.
I would say kick him to the curve. He doesn't belong there, your children should come first. Then you. Take me for e.g. I have a godchild and I put him infront of my friend. I am sure you are trully a lovely woman and won't have a problem getting a new partner.
Look after your kids.
I hope you work things out.
Have a greate dat.

He should have thought it better before going into a relation with you. Unfortunately that's not going to work out for you. I believe I am in the same position as he is, I just simply stay away from women with kids; that's what he should have done.
