check engine to body grounds if ok test alternator output under load for diode leakage [alternating current] this can play havoc with any electronic devices such as ign and radio.
a quick check for this is to remove the field wire[quick disconnect] and the output wire, tape off so it doesn't touch anything and restart the engine if it runs ok replace the alternator.

in straight forward terms a theory, besides the undeniable fact that it is examined! It sounds like your battery has a ineffective cellular! in line with threat the battery had adequate juice to tutor the starter that morning yet would not take a charge out of your alternator because of ineffective cellular so once you became your truck off the battery had already comprehensive dying so which you should no longer get any ability out of it! to try this attempt giving the truck a bounce (in the process the battery) if it starts off then you certainly comprehend all your terminals and wires are stable and then my theory is extra then probably authentic, then you certainly can take your battery to vehicle Zone and that they are going to attempt it for you for unfastened. If it would not start up from the bounce then you certainly ought to ascertain your terminals, wires and fuses! stable good fortune!

Sounds like either the alternator or voltage regulator has gone bad. Most auto parts store can test your alternator to see if it's bad.
Like Autozone, pull up ask someone to test it, and they will tell you whether it's your battery, alternator, or voltage regulator.
