I guess I got lost somewhere in the shuffle. How does your ex GF know about the love making clips of you and your wife? Do you and your wife make clips of yourselves in bed and send them out to everybody? Are you in a porno business?

Tell her there are many excellent books on the topic at her local bookstore/library.
BTW, how would she know that you made videos of you and your wife?? You may be a bit too friendly with her/giving her too much information. She is not a male buddy that you can share advice about your relationships with.
Her intentions maybe voyeuristic - she may be the type that gets off watching others. Or she could use the videos against you.
Being a wife myself, I don't want anything to do with a woman my husband slept with before he met me and don't want them to be any part of his or our life. I would say most wives are the same. (unless you were actually married to them and had kids together)
It would be betraying your wife, your marriage, the trust she has in you and intimacy, to show ANYONE videos that she is in.

you would need to get your wife's permission and my guess is that she will say no. your ex probably just wants an excuse to see you doing the deed again. suggest giving her some tips, but dont show her the video unless you wife agrees.
