not anymore but it used to, the farmers started it years ago so that their workers would have to work longer when they had more crops growing or something, im not really sure!

Theoretically, DST is supposed to reduce energy usage as less lighting is used due to extended daylight.....therefore, this saves money.

No it does not. The only thing it does is give everyone something to do the next day. Resetting all the clocks, timers, TV's, recorders, cell phones, radios, PDA's and computers. Did I leave anything out?

I can't see how it would.

It's like cutting one end off the blanket and sewing it onto the other end, just to make the blanket longer.
