Paint

Oil base: Sponge stains with turpentine, cleaning fluid or paint remover. Pre-treat and wash in hot water. For old stains, sponge with banana oil and then with non-flammable dry cleaning solvent. Wash again.
Water base: Scrape off paint with dull blade. Wash with detergent in water as hot as is safe for fabric.

Good Luck !

You can try a product called Goof Off. If it is a plastic fabric material, then it might melt it. There is another Goof Off that is supposedly safe for plastics, but I don't know if it works as well. I would soak the painted area with the Goof Off work it in and then wash it off in the sink. You might have to do it several times to get all of the paint out. I'd try a part of the shirt that you can't normally see like the tail first though, to make sure the Goof Off doesn't remove the color as well.

Soak in cold water first. then add a small amount of white spirit, Just remember to wash this separate, before putting it in the machine with other clothes. Hang outside , the fresh air will rid the smell Of the White Spirits

If it is a small amount, try rubbing gently in some turpentine, and then wash it immediately. If it is a large amount, this probably won't work, so you will have to buy a new shirt.
