You won't die. You did get food poisoning. Probably it was not fish either, that you ate, but sea food, like mussels or shrimps or clams.Am I right? Anyway, eat nothing but french toast and tea for 1 day. The second day plain rice (no butter or anything). You should be OK. 3 days is too long though, it's better to see a doctor especially if you have fever too. Drink a lot of black tea with lemon, don't dehydrate. Sorry about what happened to you.

Okay the other person that said the water was bad got a really low rating. But really, if you haven't grown up drinking the tap water then you can get really sick. It's not that it's bad water, but other countries tend to filter it more so Greek tap water has different stuff in the water that can make you sick if you haven't been drinking it since you were really little.
Or it could just be a bad fish. You get those occasionally. I don't see what that has to do with going to Greece though.
Anyhoo, if it keeps up, just go to a doctor and see if you have food poisoning. Drink a lot of water (lol, bottled water if you're still in Greece)

When I was younger we went with the gang to the islands and drunk ourselves silly. We eventually got sick but we didint blame the booze but tap water (ice cubes were made out of tap water).
Yes in some places tap water is not good stick to bootled water (1lt 1€ one thing that is cheap in Greece) the food is genarally ok BUT some bars serve cheap (bad) alchool.
You call it time bombs we call it just bombs.

If this is a real complaint, go to the Emergency Department or an Urgent Care by you (since it is now Sunday). They can give you medication to stop that.
Why did you wait until now? You could have gone to a Doctor prior to it becoming this emergent.
I think you just want attention, but went ahead and gave genuine advice anyway.

Vivet's totally right.
You can't blame Greece, it was your choice.Nobody pushed you to eat it, and besides that they have excellent fish.
So, like I said, it's not Greece's fault, it's your stomach's fault.
Your metabolism is not right.
And, besides all this, why are you wasting your time here? Do you think we are doctors or what? Go to the doctor, and bring WC paper.
PS:You are not going to die

interesting that you are already back from Greece and that you remembered now to complain.........
next time, when you want to be interesting to others, do not use any nation or country to complain about.......just say that you've had fish.........
and do not worry, you are not going to die.........you can have some more fish
