you DO know where white bread came from?...in the early days of America millers discovered that if they threw away the husk of wheat(the bran) and milled only the white core,that bugs would not eat the flour then produced(white flour)...of course they didnt know the reason for that was there is zero food value in the kernel...none...nada...zip.as in the mushroom of our steak dinners it has not even enough food value that a weavil will eat it...thats why on all white bread you see the words "fortified with 9 vitamins and minerals"..they had to put something in to make it more than nothing....white bread is worthless.....even fortified
