Make sure you document everything you do. Never give up. Fathers rights are changing and I think its great that you like having your daughter so much. See if you can have her every weekend and all summer if that fits into your work sched.
This may also lower your child support.
I am a mother of 4 and divorced and I receive no child support but my ex gets the kids ever other week. He dosent provide med ins. either. My current husband pays so much in child support to his ex, its so unfair. His ex spends it all on herself and the children have nothing. Child support needs to be spent on the children. It seems that men pay to much and the ex wife is the only one who benefits.

F the courts, no one has the right to grant nor deny you your human right to be with any member of your flesh and blood, unless you're a nut case that would harm your own flesh and blood.

it's hard to answer that because i don't know much about the case or the agreement you and the child's mother have. if you can prove to the courts that since you've had your daugther nothing has happened to her and you prove that you're providing for her you should win

Depends on the legal side of stuff...and where you live.
In England, if you were not married to the child's mother at the time of the child's birth, the mother has automatic custody unless you apply, and gain, it.

Keep notes.if this is the first time its happened, then talk to her letting her know how you feel and that you feel that a alternate arrangements may have to be made, to prevent this type of hurt or feeling.in the future.

IN MANY CASES, THE MOTHER OR FATHER HAS SOME INFLUENCE ON THE JUDGE'S DECISION, AS WELL AS A PRIVATE ONE ON ONE Q AND A BETWEEN SOCIAL SERVICES AND THE CHILD.
