As far as I know, it is illegal to marry your brother pretty much everywhere. I'd certainly think twice about having kids if you do since the chances of birth defects would be higher. And how would you explain anything to your doctor if he started asking questions about your medical history when you were pregnant, which they will do.

Such type of incident often happens in society.But doing this you will lose your society. God has never imagine of this things.Do you know what brother & sister stands for in life.They were fill the vacant post of your parents after your parents died. So please don't ever think of such stupid things & try to find out some one else.

that's really wrong.. surely you can find someone else who's not your brother.
what happens when you want to have kids? there's a high chance that they'll be disabled.
what happens when you tell your family, it'll tear them apart.
