shopping on a saturday is horrific, going out its too busy to get served, driving to work i'm stuck in ques, go to the gym and you have to wait your turn, try to buy a house and there are a million other people looking at it etc etc etc I can't breath!!!! Any non-holocaust solutions?

YES a very simple answer , over the next 20 years , any family should only be allowed to claim government help for one child.
if a couple as any other children their should be taxed extra for the privilege, and lose any government help for the first child.. If a couple then as a third or fourth child, before birth a tax of £1000 be paid up front.
a man that has more than two children , to be treated like a animal and muted.
no free health service , or hospital service for any member of the family.
that would cut down the population, big time , and the baby's when in their teens and 20 years old , would also think twice., that's why i said for the next 20 years.

Yep, don't shop on a Saturday! (or a Sunday cos thats even worse). Do it all on the internet from the comfort of your chair- easy peasy- all you have to do then is answer the door to the delivery man. Easy!

Accept it dude. Its part of life. Everyone is getting license, outdoor activity, more ppl are becoming shopaholics.
