Pretty much.
Nearly all leaders are dictators to a certain extent.
Power has such a grip on these people's lives and minds that they are afraid of losing it, and so try to keep control by becoming more and more dictator-like.
That's why people should try to change they party in government every election, to stop leaders becoming like that.

Not anymore since America voted out the Right wingers from Congress last November. We still have the problem of repairing the damage the Bush controlled Congress did to policy and legislature during his un-opposed reign.

The last time I checked ,no would be the answer. If he was a dictator, then why would there have been a loss for his party in 2006. If he was a dictator why would getting money to fight terror be such an issue ?

Not even close. If he was a dictator then he would have complete and absolute control over the country, which he has neither. The system of checks and balances prevents any president from being a dictator....

We tend to say someone is a dictator when the policies they push through conflict with your opinion.
President Bush is by that definition all things to all men.if you think he is a dictator then to you he is,
