Ladies..How would you react if you were talking on the phone with your boyfriend, and he starts naming things wrong with your body? Lets say he says "You need to lose a little weight (even thought your not fat!). You need a bigger butt..and maybe fix ur teeth (EVEN THOUGH THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM!). Your breast..hmm..those are fine. And a nose job, to fix ur big nose" (even though its not very big..and his is bigger. And THEN has the nerve to say "I'd let you name every wrong with me, but there is nothing wrong with me, because im perfect"
Ladies. How would you react if your boyfriend said that to you.
Even though he MAY have just kidding, because he laughed like he was..but never said "Just Kidding" and sometimes its hard to when he is and when is isnt, with him.
So how would you react? What would you do? What would you say?

I would say, "If there are so many things wrong with me, then why are you with me? Maybe you should find someone else who meets your superficial standards." Then promptly hang up. Even if he was just joking, he seems to be awfully immature.

Explain to him very calmly that his words, although he is 'joking' are hurting you. Let him know that if he cares about you in the slightest, he should stop. If it continues from that point, then you have done your best and there is nothing more you can do to resolve the situation. You should never have to beg and grovel to a 'man' for them to treat you right.
I know it is hard, but do not let this man bring your self esteem down.
One thing I was taught by an ex - boyfriend is that a man should always make his partner feel like a "woman". The minute he fails to do this is when he fails as a man.
Although we are no longer together, due to the amount of respect that he treated me with, we are close friends and we hold each other in very high regard.
You are a beautiful girl, and you deserve to find someone who makes you feel that way, so if he can't do his job as a man, give him the boot and find someone who can.
Good Luck Sweetie. xoxoxoxo

"Just kidding" is the easiest excuse to use for saying something hurtful to someone.
I would react by being very calm. Don't expolde & let him know that he'd hurt your feelings. The response would be, "The only thing I need to change is my boyfriend - as in, I need a new one."
Unless he's rich - then let him buy you something REALLY expensive to try & make up for it THEN say the above! Ha!Ha!

Write a list with everything that is wrong with him, then post it up here on Y!A so we can laugh at him for being such an @ss to you!
Oh, make sure you post him a copy too.
Good luck babe.

Tell him to stop being a jerk. Tell him that if he really cared for you then he wouldn't make comments like that. Just because he was 'just kidding', that doesn't make it any less hurtful.

He's immature. I'd leave him straight up because if he's gonna be like that & not appreciate you for who you are, then chances are-he's gonna cheat sooner or later.
