I think that some of the answers here a rather harsh. It seems only natural that you should feel excitied when your wife dresses in a sexy way. I'm not totally sure why you would want other men to touch her but when my wife looks good in public I feel proud of her and don't want to hide her away. Do you want other men to notice your wife and see how great she looks? Even if they did touch her you can feel secure that she's really just for you.

It's not uncommon for a man to enjoy showing off his wife, and to enjoy it when other men show interest in her. It is uncommon for you to want them to touch her, but it is not wrong... as long as it is done under the control of your wife, and it does not detract from your relationship with her (either through her feeling more from others than from you, or from her feeling like an object in your mind...)
The only worry that I would have is that your wife will feel that you do not really have those feelings for her, but are seeing those feelings in others and making them your own. Be careful to let her know that you love her and lust for her, and that nobody else matters.
