Every time I have sex with my husband I get frustrated and depressed because he doesn't turn me on I can't climax. The most embarassing part is I have to fantasize about other men and mastubate and i felt sick having to do that. Help!!

Yes, a sex therapist could help you, but you should probably see them as a couple, not alone. Does your husband know that he isn't turning you on? Have you talked to him about what he does that puts you off, or what he could do that you would like? If you've tried communicating and demonstrating with him, then yes, speaking to a professional is a good idea. But definitely speak to hubby first if you haven't already.

You need to give him some guidance, tell him what to do and how to do it. He obviously doesn't know. Masturbation and fantasizing is good, most women don't climax through vaginal sex alone, it takes someone to be "rubbin your nubbin." More foreplay! Whatever it takes don't be embarrassed or feeling bad, he is your husband!
A sex therapist would be good if he won't follow your direction and is willing to go. He needs to respond to your needs and pleasure you.

You should do it doggy style so you can't see him, that way you can imagine he is Yao Ming, or Clint Eastwood or Wesley Snipes or even Donald Trump. As for the masturbating, that is really naughty, girls are not supposed to that.
