First off, what ever penalty there would be for driving with no license or a falsely attained license {as legally blind persons are not allowed to operate any motorized vehicle that would be considered road worthy}.
Second, any penalties associated with damage done to persons and/or property, including possible charges of driving while impaired, etcetera.
Third, any other penalities the law enforcement and/or judge could think of, depending on your attitude, past record, and total level of stupidity for doing such a thing.

state law puts that under wreckless endangerment which carries a fine up to $100,000.00 and 1-5 years in jail, expect the max if you cause an accident.
