Yes it can, especially if anyone is prone to allergies, has asthma or other respiratory problems.
Bleach based cleaner and scrub it good. Make sure you ventilate the bathroom for a while when and after you are doing this. (Usual caution is gloves and eye protection as well.)
After you get rid of the mold this time regularly give the area a cleaning with something like Tilex every few days to keep the mold away. If you have a window in the bathroom on nice days open the window to help ventilate the room so that moisture will disipate from the bathroom.

Trolls. I actually feed mine mint. I finally found a use for it. It keeps coming back more and more every year, even though I keep ripping it out. If you kill plants, get mint, you'll never regret it. I'll send you some! Anyway, the tiny giraffes eat mint, but you have to put it head high. They don't like to bend down to get it. Plus, even though they look just like big giraffes and are just as cute, if not cuter, they lay eggs. LOTS of them. Be careful or you'll get way too many and have to start eating them for breakfast. The eggs that is. The giraffes themselves are good fried with some chipotle sauce. And don't let those critters near your miniature daschund! You don't want to know. The end result is...weird to say the least.... I've never before seen a daschund with those markings! It's really cute though, when the mama tiny giraffe leads her 4 girafflings across the street to your neighbors porch. They are SO tiny and cute! They squish well under tires too, so be careful! What a mess!

you either have a leak or condensation. check to see which. if leak do the repair, if condensation go to a home improvement store and get the stuff that soaks up humidity in the air,. I don't remember the name but the store clerk should be able to help you if you go to some place like Lowe's or home depot or a real; hardware store.
as far as mold. BUY BLEACH, a spray bottle and a respirator mask, get the expensive kind not just the dusk mask, it will have filters you can change. ( I bought mine for about 45.00 several years ago) make every one go outside and after you solve the leak condensation issue spray it down with straight chlorine bleach repeatedly alternating with spraying and scrubing like crazyand repeat until it is gone and stays gone for atelast 2 weeks, vacuuming when it is dry in between.( throw out bag in vacum after each time). wear respirator mask and rubber gloves. DO NOT USE THE GLOVES or scrub brush FOR ANYTHING ELSE! you do not want to risk spreading the mold spores. after you get problem solved throw them and the scrub brush etc away as you don't want that stuff in your house. to prevent it from happening again make sure you get ventilation it he area that this happened in .if it is your trailer id suggest simply drilling a few hidden holes in the area to let air in. if it lets cold air in , stuff some insulation in before you put the wood back,. and if pipes are running under tub put in insulation around them and heat tape.

Black mold is and can be, very bad for you, causing asthmatic conditions. The spores can actually grow in your lungs.
Use hot water, rubber gloves and lots of soap. Clean it all up fist, leave any openings open for drying. This may be part of the problem, drying. Is it getting wet in these places?
Use Lysol as much as possible and bleach to disinfect. Air dry as much as possible and keep well ventilated.

It sounds like something might be leaking. You need to fix the leak, and then clean everything affected using bleach to get rid of the smell etc.

Not only can it make you sick, it can kill you.
After you clean it up, you MUST find out WHY it grew there in the first place. My guess would be you have a water leak somewhere.
