The only reason you "have to" get circumcised are frostbite, cancer, or gangrene on the foreskin. There are other cheaper and less destructive ways to treat phimosis and most of the other "reasons" for this ghastly practice. Oh, if you are converting to some kinds of Judaism, it is required.
