No. Bottling things up like that skews your perspective, and leads you to handle other things wrong as well. Seek an outlet for it, if you feel you can't talk to anyone about it, then try journaling, or writing poetry, or assertiveness classes to help you deal with people better or something, but when you bottle things up, and keep them like that, it festers, and you just plain won't get all the good things you should be getting from life....

IT's not right always... minor hiccups can be forgotten. but sooner or later it'll start building up and u won't even know it and it does cause health related issues like stress and high bp - the best thing is to sort it out amicably by letting the other person know wht he/she did wrong n how it hurt u - maybe they're not aware of what they're doing. But seriously, do not keep it bottled up inside u if u want a healthy life

You need to deal with what causes you grief, talking to someone, writing it in a journal, a punching bag, something. To keep these pains inside is like a poison.

It can be character-building, but it can also be soul-destroying.
