post paid mobile mean you will have your mobile phone but pay the bill base on the plan that you will get. a certain amount(this is your bill) will be paid per month and this will be consumable, unless you have exceeded the plan bill. for example, your plan bill is $100/ month for 200 hrs phone calls, if you only have 180hrs phone calls, you will still pay $100.but if you had 220hrs phone calls for the month, you will pay the excess. after a year(or base on the contract that you have signed) the mobile phone will be yours. wihtin the year of the postpaid, the mobile phone is still company owned

It essentially means going on a contract. You use your phone and then at the end of the month you get a bill for your use. The alternative is prepaid, meaning you pay in advance for your mobile phone use

It means that you will use airtime during a defined period and only pay for it at the end of that period say at the end of the month. You will essentially receive a detailed bill at the end of the period showing all the transactions (calls & sms) that took place. Post paid meaning that you are paying after you have consumed as opposed to pay-as-you-go!

There is no specified format for your requirement. you are simply advised to get in the letter pad of your company stating that as per their records your residential address is i.e. what you have given there. Now you need to arrange a address proof which shoud be as per Mobile co's guideline.
